In our desire to keep the contents of our products updated, we are continually updating them. These updates may include content additions, new features, or adjustments due to changes to the actual exam.
Online tests
The updates are applied automatically. However, sometimes, it is necessary to clear the local storage of your browser. To do so:
- Access www.measureup.com.
- Hover the mouse over Sign in, and click on SIGN IN.
- Type your username and password, and click on Sign in.
- On the top menu, hover the mouse over Account, and click on My Learning Locker.
- On the right above of the bottom toolbar, click on Clear Cache.
- Confirm you would like to reset all your saved widgets and clear Local Storage, by clicking on OK.
Once you have cleared the cache from within your Learning Locker all of the updates will be applied.
Download test
In order to apply these changes to offline (downloaded) products the test needs to be downloaded again by following these steps:
- Delete the product from your computer. It is located in the folder you selected when you installed it on your hard drive.
- Go to your Learning Locker and clear cache (review the before steps).
- Download your test again, by clicking on the Download button and follow the onscreen instructions.
When you launch your newly downloaded test any new updates will have been applied.
