- Step 2. Send it to your candidates. Send the test to your candidates either in bulk or through a personalized link.
- Step 3. View and analyze the results. Manage your tests and compare candidates by analyzing their results.
- Step 4. Choose the best candidate. You can now select the best-suited candidate for the position. Contact the candidate directly, change their status, write private notes, download their results, and more.
