Subscription renewal and cancellation All MeasureUp plans have a mandatory annual subscription, but the user can choose how to bill them: monthly (in 12 payments, one per month) or annually (a single payment).
Our yearly automatic renewal system allows you to effortlessly enjoy access to your MeasureUp's subscription plan without interruption. On termination of the subscription period (after one year), we will renew the subscription on your behalf. You can decide to cancel this yearly automatic renewal at any time.
IMPORTANT: If you cancel the plan before the year is over, you will cancel the renewal that will occur one year after purchase, but you will continue to have access to the selected plan for the remaining subscription period (up to one year).

- How long do I have to use my practice tests? You have the whole period to use your practice tests (one year).
- How many times can I use my practice tests? You can use your practice test as many times as you want during your subscription period. A test can be activated from the first day of the subscription. Please, note that one practice test can only be active at any one time. By launching a new test, the current test will be inactivated, you can restart it whenever you want during the subscription period.
- Can I have multiple practice tests active at the same time? No, you can only have one practice test active at a time. By launching a new test, the current test will be inactivated, you can restart it whenever you want during the subscription period.
- Can I activate the same practice test multiple times? Yes, you can activate it as many time as needed during the subscription period. By launching a new test, the current test will be inactivated, you can restart it whenever you want during the subscription period.
