How to integrate MeasureUp in Microsoft Teams
Step-by-Step Guide: How to Use MeasureUp Practice Tests in Microsoft Teams
You can use MeasureUp products in Microsoft Teams. Your practice test or your assessment will be launched throught a Teams' channel. You only need to install the MeasureUp app on a channel of Microsoft Teams.
Note. You need to be a Microsoft Teams team owner to be able to include the MeasureUp app. |
OPTION 1. Apps
1) Open Microsoft Teams
2) On the left menu, click on Apps
3) On the Search all apps field, type MeasureUp and click on Search
4) Click on MeasureUp box
5) Click on Add to a team
6) Select the team and channel
7) Click on the Set up a tab button
OPTION 2. Channel
1) Open Microsoft Teams
2) Click on the channel where you want to share MeasureUp app
3) Click on the + icon to add a new tab
4) On the Search field, type MeasureUp and click on Search
5) Click on the MeasureUp box
6) Click on the Add button
How to use MeasureUp in Microsoft Teams
Once the MeasureUp app has been included in a Microsoft Teams channel, you can activate a Practice Test or Assessment from the MeasureUp catalog, share it with your colleagues, and they can launch and take their Practice tests or Assessments through this application.
2) Click on LOG IN WITH MICROSOFT
4) Click on the Sign in button.
Are you a Teacher or an Administrator on your MeasureUp organization?
If you have a Teacher or an Administrator role on your MeasureUp organization, you can carry out some actions:

Are you a Student on your MeasureUp organization?
If you have a Student role, you can only see the enabled products for the Teacher or Administrator role and see your own reports:

Troubleshooting about the integration in Microsoft Teams
- Problem description. I cannot login using the Microsoft Login as it does not reconigze my email address.
- Solution. Check if you are using your correct organization email address. You need to use your organization email address otherwise you will no able to login.
- Problem description. I cannot see my score report in the History section.
- Solution. Make sure that you have finished the test by clicking on "Finish". If you leave the test window, or close it by clicking on the X, the score will not be stored.
- Problem description. I have left the tab where I was doing my test and now I cannot continue it.
- Solution. You cannot left the tab where you are completing your test, otherwise you will lose all the progress made will need to launch it again.
- Problem description. Every time I try to log in I get the following error message: LTI service isn’t configured.
- Solution. Your Measureup account might not be linked to the your organization Measureup account, please contact support@measureup.com so we can check that for you.
