How to set up your account

Customize your MeasureUp account settings to match your preferences and accessibility needs.

Once you have created an account on MeasureUp (https://account.measureup.com/login), you can configure it to adapt its default options to your needs.

Access to My Account by clicking on Tools > My Account.

Navigate between the four different tabs to configure items related to your account:

User Details

To change your language: In the Language drop-down, select your favorite language and click on Save Language

Note. You can change the language in the learning locker or while doing a test. Please, note that his would his change the app language not the test language).

To change your Username, Password or Email, click on the Edit button and enter your new data. When you're done making changes, click the Save button.

 

Contact info

1) Click on the Contact info tab

Note. You can  add or modify your address and phone number  and include   a secondary address or phone number

2) Click on + New contact information
3) Enter your contact information
4) Click on Save changes

 

Learning Locker

1) Click on the Learning Locker tab
2) You can edit  how the Learning Locker is shown:

  • Show wizard: select whether to show the tour or not when login
  • Active full screen: activate the full screen when launching the practice tests.
  • Launch test settings: choose to open the test in a new tab or in a new window.
  • Email custom assessment results: send your results to your email after finishing a custom assessment.
  • Newsletter: subscribe to newsletters.

In addition, you can manage the devices you have enabled to launch Learning Locker. If you need to disable a device, click on the Disconnect button.

 

Accesibility
1) Click on the Accesibility tab.

2) The following features may be enabled:

  • Color blindness setting: adapt the user interface to color blind mode, improving the use and identification of the elements. 
  • Cognitive disorder setting: increase the default time in Practice Test Certification Mode for users with learning or comprehension disorders. 
  • Font size: enlarge or reduce the font size displayed in the practice tests.
