To improve the security of all our clients, all those users registered in MeasureUp before September 28, 2020 must reset their access password.

What are the requirements for the new password?

• Be a minimum of eight (8) characters in length.
• Contain characters from all four (4) groupings: uppercase, lowercase, numeric and special characters.
• Do not match the user ID to which they are associated.
• Do not contain repeated or sequential characters or numbers.
