Annual Subscription | The subscription has a duration of one (1) year and it can be paid in a single payment (billed Yearly) or month by month (billed Monthly). If you cancel your subscription, you will cancel the renewal, but you will continue to have access to it during one year and you will be responsible for the payment commitments made.

Notes:
- Online Practice Tests:
- This policy applies to single-user online licenses of MeasureUp practice tests purchased directly from MeasureUp.com (Platinum Plan included) and is not applicable to MeasureUp Practice Tests received through an Authorized Channel Partner or purchased at a different marketplace.
- If the practice test purchased was discounted as part of a buy multiple practice test discount offers, any items not refunded will be prorated to reflect the actual full purchase price of the practice test. Any discount offers or products received at the time of purchase are forfeited with a refund.
- If the online practice test was registered, MeasureUp will remove the practice test from your Learning Locker.
- Subscription plans are included here. Please keep in mind that our subscription plan is for one year, thus if you choose the monthly payment plan, you cannot request a refund of a monthly fee because you have committed to paying for 12 months.
- Bundles:
- Bundles are considered as a one-unit sale. The entire bundle may be returned for refund within (2) business days of the original purchase.
How to Request a Refund:
Email a copy of your receipt to support@measureup.com with your reason for the refund. For eligible products, this request be received within two (2) business days of your original online purchase at Measureup.com
MeasureUp has the right to refuse any requests for the refund on charges that you dispute with your credit card company.
