Common issues

My product is not updated

We are continually updating our testing products to keep them current and fresh. Updates may include content additions, new features, and adjustments due to changes to the actual exam.

In order to view these changes sometimes it is necessary to clear the local storage of your browser:

  1. Login on the measureup webpage.
  2. Click on Clear cache (which is on the right above of the bottom toolbar.
  3. Click on OK on the Clear Local Storage window.

Once you have cleared the cache from within your Learning Locker all of the updates will be applied.

Addicionally you may need to clear the browser cache directly in the window of your browser:

  1. Press F12
  2. Right-click on Reload this page.
  3. Click on Empty Cache and Hard Reload.

I don’t see my product in My Learning Locker

If you do not see the test listed under Practice Test on your My Learning Locker, please follow these steps:

Clear cache Show hidden
  1. Click on Clear cache.
  2. Click on the OK button.
  1. Click on Filter.
  2. Check the Show all hidden box.

Key has expired

Keys should be registered within 30 days from purchase date.

If you did not register your key during that time frame and your key has expired, please contact the MeasureUp Support Team clicking on the Live Chat Button (on the right this post).

Key is not valid in the system

Please, make sure that your key has the following format 11111111111-111 (just one dash).

If you have copied and pasted your key, please try to enter it manually.

Key is already registered

Keys should be registered within 30 days from purchase date and can be registered only once.

After registering your product key, you may access your test through your Learning Locker. Log in to your Learning Locker, and then look for the test title under Tests.
