I have exceeded the maximum number of connected devices

A user can only be used on up to 3 devices. If you need to use a fourth device, you will have to remove one of the 3 above. To do this, perform the following steps:

  1. Open the Desktop Learning Locker.
  2. On the top menu, click on Connection .
  3. Click on CONNECTED DEVICES.
  4. Click on the Disconnect button to disconnect that device.
